Will Canoo reimburse out of pocket expenses spent at participating venues?

Canoo is a program that Canadian arts and culture venues join as part of their audience engagement strategy to welcome newcomers into their community through their doors. Each adult day use fee or ticket price slashed is in hopes of building relationships with members that last long after Canoo expiry. Under this model, no cash changes hands between Canoo and its partner venues so no refunds are possible.
