Your name in the Canoo app must match your government-issued photo ID and date details must be correct. If scanning is affected by compatibility issues or device artifacts, you may not be able to get free admission to Canoo venues.

We also recommend proceeding with creating your account anyway, despite errors and contact us to make changes to your record and update an incorrectly scanned name or gender for example.
Do you not have a given name? Did the scan miss one of your given names or cut off your family name? Did the scan add a letter to your name? Contact us and we can manually adjust your name after you've made your account.
If you find that the app has scanned any dates incorrectly, including your birthdate or date of citizenship or the PR since and PR expiry date, please DO NOT proceed with creating your account. Please contact us for ways to solve issues faced because of incorrect scanning of dates.
