Your name in the Canoo app must match your government-issued photo ID and your date of citizenship must be correct in order for your membership to be valid for 12 months from that date. If the name associated with your Canoo membership does not match that of your government-issued photo ID, you may not be able to get free admission to Canoo venues.

However, a small percentage of our members face issues with their names and gender being scanned incorrectly. We recommend that you proceed with creating your account anyway, and contact us to make changes to your records and update an incorrectly scanned name or gender.
Do you not have a given name? Did the scan miss one of your given names or cut off your family name? Did the scan add a letter to your name? Contact us and we can manually adjust your name after you've made your account.
If you find that the app has scanned any dates incorrectly, including your birthdate or date of citizenship or the PR since and PR expiry date, please DO NOT proceed with creating your account. Please contact us for ways to solve issues faced because of incorrect scanning of dates.
