If the app crashes during the scanning process, please try the following:
1. Please check if your phone is optimized with the app. If your operating system is not compatible with the Canoo app, please update your operating system to Android 7.0 or higher, or iOS 11 or above.
2. We recommend closing all other apps that might be running in the background by re-starting your phone, then re-open Canoo and try scanning again.
If after several attempts using these recommendations the app is still not scanning your citizenship certificate correctly, you can contact us for assistance.
