Currently, we DO NOT allow you to edit your name from your profile on Canoo.
Since Canoo is available only to new Canadian citizens and new Canadian permanent residents, we are responsible to ensure that the name on your Citizenship Certificate or your PR Card is what is shown on your Canoo profile.
However, for a small number of our members, our scanner captures the wrong name or even no name at all. In this case, or if your name has changed since you registered for Canoo and no longer matches your photo ID, please contact us at our Canoo support center, and send us a copy of your ID with your correct name and the email address you used to sign up for your Canoo account.
We will use this information, verify your name against your ID and make the change in our records, which will be reflected on your Canoo app immediately.
