You can change your password in the Canoo app or using your email.
If you are already logged in:
In the Canoo app, tap More in the navigation menu on the bottom of the screen, then tap Profile. In your Profile, tap Edit in red text on the right. Tap your password and enter a new one. Be sure to enter it again under Confirm Password (it is case sensitive). Tap Save.
If you are logged out:
Ensure your device is connect to the internet. Open the Canoo app. Tap Login. Tap Forgot your password? Enter your email address associated with your Canoo account and tap Send email. Check your email on the same device that you have Canoo installed (you cannot use a different device to change your password). We recommend checking your email using Chrome (if using an Android device) or Safari (if using an iPhone) rather than an email app. Open the email from Canoo and tap Reset password in the email. The link will open the Canoo app. Follow the instructions in-app to reset your password.
