- iOS devices with iOS 12 and above
- Android Devices with Android 10 and Above
While the app can be installed on iPads and tablets, we do not guarantee that the app will be fully functional on these devices.
Galaxy user experiencing a black screen? Samsung helpfully disables sensors for third party apps — which you must enable for Canoo to use the camera when registering. Some other actions may help!
Restart your phone before heading back to Canoo

Update the Camera app at the Google Play store
OR
Close all open apps, simply open the Camera app and close it to give it a chance to completely get out of the way before heading back to Canoo

Force stop by long pressing the Camera app or Reset settings after tapping the gear icon inside the Camera app
