The Canoo app is available for iPhones running iOS 11 and above and Android devices running Android 7, 8 or 9; and it is only available for Canadian Apple and Google accounts.
If your Apple or Google account is not set to “Canada,” please update the country/region of your account country and try again (please note this is a setting you must change; it is not based on location services). If you are using an Android, alternatively, you can create a new account with Canada as the region/country, and log in to Google Play using the new account to download Canoo.
