Can I register my spouse/family member/friend on my Canoo app?

If your spouse/family member/friend is also eligible for Canoo, they can also sign up using your Canoo app.
To sign up for another new citizen using Canoo, open your app and log out. To log out, please press on the ‘MORE’ tab at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Then click on ‘Logout.’
Once logged out, tap the back button on the login screen to access the sign-up screen. Tap Sign up. Follow the instructions to create a Canoo account for your spouse/family member/friend (be ready to scan their citizenship certificate).
Once you have created their account, you will be sent to the Explore page.
You can see which account is signed into your Canoo app by tapping on the smiley face at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
If a spouse/family member/friend is not able to log in to their account on their own device, they will need to visit venues with you in order to use your Canoo app to get free admission. When you arrive at a venue, follow the steps to access your Canoo card on the app to receive free admission, then sign out and have your spouse/family member/friend sign in and repeat the same process to obtain free admission.
If your spouse/family member/friend acquires a smartphone after you have created their account with your smartphone, they do not need to create another account. They can download Canoo to their smartphone and simply sign in.
